Cosplay- Rengoku : Demon Slayer

This was pretty straight forward, didn't make anything for this costume. I did however style the wig.

Costume - Amazon $52.99

• Bought adult men's XL, there are a lot of these that are made for kids so check the sizes before you buy. 
• There is no attachment to hold the cape onto the rest of the outfit, so I used safety pins. 
• Will need to be ironed or steamed before wearing, the folds from shipping leave strong creases. 

Contacts - Moco Queen $29.50 + Shipping

• These you cannot see through, I did not read that part before ordering them, but they are still really cool. But because of that I couldn't wear them to the convention.

Glasses - Zenni Optical $32.95 + Shipping

• I've had these for a few years, they are prescription. 

Shoes - Amazon $22.99

• I wear a size 9 typically, bought the 7.5-9 cm and they fit well.
• Comes with one white pair and one black pair of socks

​Sword  - Amazon $33.99

• Comes with belt, A piece that holds your sword on the belt, and a stand to display the sword.
• Sword is wood, so it is safe for conventions.

Wig - Amazon $22.99

• Does not come styled. Though doesn't look terrible as is if you gave it a little lift with some hair spray
• I styled mine aggressively. Didn't turn out exactly how I wanted but I was satisfied. 
• I started by teasing the base and then using hair spray to shape the spikes. Used a blow dryer to help set it quicker.
• The band of the wig cap does show on the edges if the hair is lifted, be mindful of that. I plan on using fabric paint to paint it yellow so it blends in.

with tax and shipping, not counting the glasses since I had those.
